Kemi is the entrepreneur and Africa cuisine specialist behind London’s first authentic West African catering outlet, Biazo. Kemi has spent many years mastering traditional Nigerian cuisine, a country with over 250 ethnicities and almost as many signature dishes. Through Kemi’s travels and hands-on interactions in West Africa, she has honed her skills to included dishes from Ghana, Senegal, and the Benin Republic too!

Biazo provides a modern and creative culinary alternative to the many mainstream dishes. Dishes are cooked over real flames and with plenty of smoke, meaning each bite is full of West African chargrilled flavour!
