Wakiki’s vegetarian moin moin contains beans, onions, peppers, red pepper and vegetable oil. They are ground or blended (using a blender) until a fine paste is achieved. Salt, bouillon cube and dried crayfish and other seasonings are also added to taste.

Puff-puff is made of dough containing flour, yeast, sugar, butter, salt, water and eggs and deep fried in vegetable oil until a golden brown colour.
Puff puff can be taken with juice as lunch.
